I recently ordered flowers and when the total came up I was a bit caught off guard with the charges but I thought that they must have changed things since I last ordered so I went ahead with the order. I received a call from Dan at Incredible Florist letting me know that for some reason when I did the Google search it went to Cochrane and not Calgary so that is why there were extra charges. He was so kind and wanted to make things right and he offered the deluxe size of flowers and chocolates to go with it as he didn't have the ability to refund the money.
